Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Wobblit purchase. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns are handled as an exchange or store credit.

At this time, Wobblit does not offer cash refunds. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. We accept returns for damaged-on-arrival items, defective print or manufacturing faults, wrong items received, or items not as described on our website.

To request help, email info@bythedesign.com with your full name, order number, proof of purchase, clear photos, and a short description of the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue is due to our error. Wobblit products are 3D printed with care in Cape Town, South Africa.
